Sunday we took Matthis to his 1st Lady Gator Basketball Game. The Lady Gators took on Alabama but came up short in the end.
My friend and coworker Dana (a former Lady Gator) also went with her daughter Makala (Matthis's best pal). And for good measure we brought along our friend and the kids teacher, Tasha!
Matthis and Makala talked, screamed, sang & anything else they could find to do from their carseats all the way to Gainesville. They should have been napping but that didn't happen.
Everyone seemed to enjoy the game, even Makala who took a nose dive down the bleachers!
She had her eye on Alberta though. To put it mildly she doesn't care for her so she never had her out of her sight. She finally made it over to our section, by the band, towards the end of the game. Matthis and I took a picture with her with no problem. Makala not so much, but then got mad when she left! Silly girl.
